Delivery conditions
Products are delivered only by our courier at your chosen time. In exceptional cases, the Courier, due to traffic or other factors, has the right to arrive 20 minutes later, having informed the Buyer before arrival.
In all cases, the Company is released from liability for violation of product delivery deadlines if the Products are not delivered to you or are delivered late due to your fault or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
The Company is not responsible for any action, inaction or event from the moment the Products were handed over to the delivery service company (courier). If the package you received has external defects, you must inform the courier at the time of product delivery.
Receiving goods
Upon delivery to you or your authorized person, you (or your authorized person) must check the condition of the shipment and Products together with the Seller or the courier who delivered the Products to ensure that the shipment and Products are of proper quality, there are no product damages not attributable to manufacturing defects, and there are no discrepancies in product configuration.
Important: If you notice that the delivered package is damaged, the Product(s) are damaged and/or the Product(s) are incorrectly configured, you must report this immediately or within 3 hours of delivery.
Failure to take such actions releases the Company from liability to you for product damages, quality, configuration, and packaging damages that you did not note at the time of product delivery.
