We use no tricks and no mass-production shortcuts. Every snack is carefully assembled by hand, drawing on my family's food culture, my experience and a respect for good produce.
I choose the suppliers myself, taste the ingredients, check the quality of every batch and make sure that only what I would confidently serve to my own family and closest friends goes into MUUS boxes.
